Damara’s two co-founders are passionate about making a positive difference to small businesses and contributing to the UK economy.
At Damara Holdings, our team brings together a diverse set of skills and experiences. This includes a Chartered Accountant with a background in founding and successfully exiting a UK start-up. We also have expertise in leading enterprise sales teams across EMEA and the UK, as well as establishing sales teams for small UK enterprises that have contributed to driving a significant increase in top-line revenue by £25m.
As the world changes rapidly each day, the small business landscape must adapt and evolve to meet evolving customer demands and expectations.
As we enter a more digitally enhanced era, we are confident that new technologies and strategies will drive long-term growth for small businesses.
What’s in a Name?
Our name, Damara, is inspired by a remarkable region in Namibia called Damaraland. This landscape is known for its resilience, where unique communities thrive against a backdrop of rugged beauty. We chose this name to reflect our philosophy: identifying businesses with untapped potential and helping them flourish in the long term.

We don't seek the biggest opportunities, but rather those where our hands-on support and commitment can make the most transformative impact for businesses.
